Our Team

Gleb is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation, Business, and Security Alarm practice groups. His litigation practice focuses on commercial litigation, including contract and business tort disputes; real estate disputes; commercial landlord-tenant disputes; corporate, partnership, and shareholder disputes; and restrictive covenant and employment litigation.

Gleb’s general corporate practice involves counseling clients in a variety of industries and handling general business matters, including employment issues, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and general business transactions. In particular, Gleb provides legal services to clients in the healthcare and employee benefits group captive service industries, which services include ensuring compliance under the HIPAA and HITECH, as well as assisting with transactions designed to meet the client’s risk management and cost containment goals.

As part of his Security Alarm practice, Gleb provides a broad range of legal services to clients in the security alarm industry, including general corporate and litigation services, as well as industry-specific legal issues, such as alarm-industry-specific statutory and regulatory compliance and contractual issues unique to the alarm industry.

Prior to his legal career, Gleb worked for fifteen years in the biopharmaceutical industry in a number of different roles, including clinical and commercial production of biologics, in-vitro cell-based product testing, technology transfer and scale-up, and manufacturing process optimization.

Gleb is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, from which he graduated cum laude and where he served as a Research Editor for Temple Law Review. Gleb received a B.S. in Biology and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and is a lifetime member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society.

Gleb is a former nationally-ranked powerlifter who still enjoys spending his time in the weight room. In addition to powerlifting, he regularly runs road races ranging anywhere from one mile to half marathon. Gleb is fluent in Russian.
