Our Team

After 20 years at a small boutique firm in Philadelphia, Stacy joined Kurtz and Partners in 2019 and has become a valued member of the Real Estate group. Stacy’s professional experience has taken her in various directions starting with commercial bridge, mezzanine, and preferred equity lending in the 2000’s, through the recession and workouts of 2008 and 2009, into the world of CMBS 2.0 and beyond. She currently focuses her practice on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of commercial real estate while handling leasing and other real estate related transactions as well.

Stacy grew up in Horsham, Pennsylvania, and graduated with honors from Penn State University in 1990. From there, she moved to Florida to work in the hospitality industry at the Boca Raton Resort & Club and then returned to Philadelphia, attending Temple Law School from 1995-1998, again graduating with honors and as a member of Temple Law Review. Since then, she has practiced law, gotten married, had two wonderful sons, and become a travel soccer mom (without the minivan). Over the years, she has been involved in various charity work and is currently a member of Give T/E, a local charity of women committed to empowering and supporting her local Tredyffrin Eastown community.
